MeridianONE extends the tools you already schedule in. There are two ways to bring a schedule in — the Microsoft Project add-in, or dragging a file into the dashboard.

For best fidelity, export in each tool’s native format — PMXML or XER from Primavera P6, and MSPDI (or the add-in) from Microsoft Project.

Where your schedule goes

Files parse in the browser

Imports are read and analyzed on your machine, in the browser — the file isn't sent anywhere just to be parsed.

Local Mode: nothing leaves the machine

In Local Mode the entire workflow — import, analysis, dashboard — runs on your device with zero cloud egress.

Cloud: your own single-tenant storage

If you publish or import to the cloud workspace, the schedule uploads only to your own dedicated Azure storage account and database — multi-tenant application, single-tenant data storage.
