For years, Project Web App gave the wider program a window into the schedule — viewing plans and updating status without owning Microsoft Project. With Project Online retiring, that layer needs a new home. MeridianONE replicates it in the browser, so you don’t re-license the whole team just to keep everyone informed.
Nothing about the authoring workflow changes. Your schedulers keep building in MS Project desktop and publish through the MeridianONE add-in.
