Schedule visibility for the whole program

Know what to do today
to meet tomorrow's challenges.

A schedule should be accessible, understandable, and actionable. MeridianONE plugs into Microsoft Project and turns your schedule into clear guidance for everyone — not just the scheduler.

An add-in for Microsoft Project — schedulers need MS Project; everyone else just needs a browser.

What we believe

A schedule should be accessible, easily understandable, and actionable. It should tell us what we need to do today, to meet tomorrow's challenges.

Critical path & driving paths

See exactly what's pushing your finish date

Defend the critical path instead of guessing at it. Pick any target and MeridianONE traces its driving chain — ranked by float, colored by tier, with baseline, variance, and lag drawn on every bar.

From schedule to focus

We do all this work to build and manage the schedule. MeridianONE unlocks the part that matters most — what to focus on today.

The Priorities view reads the schedule for you and answers one question for every role on the program: what needs my attention now?

Accessible

Open to the whole program. No MS Project license to read it — everyone from the PM to the IPT lead sees the same live schedule.

Understandable

Written in plain language. Status and guidance in words, not just a wall of bars, columns, and float values.

Actionable

Focused on today. Time-windowed priorities tell each person exactly what needs their attention now — and what's coming next.

How it works

The scheduler publishes once. The whole program sees it.

A lightweight add-in publishes the schedule straight from Microsoft Project. From that moment everyone on the program — not just the planner — has a live, readable view. No exports, no emailed PDFs, no stale screenshots.

Everyone's view
Priorities, schedule, status

Publish to the cloud

Publish from the add-in to the hosted platform and the whole program works from the same live dashboard — Contributors update status, Viewers stay current. Multi-tenant application, single-tenant data storage: your schedule data lives in an Azure storage account and database dedicated solely to you — never commingled, in every plan, from day one. You own your content, we never train AI models on it, and Microsoft Azure is the only infrastructure subprocessor.

Or run Local Mode — zero cloud egress

A first-class deployment for air-gapped, closed-area, and sensitive-data environments. The add-in and dashboard run entirely on your machine — schedule content never leaves your network, and everything is encrypted at rest.

One dashboard, every role

The whole schedule, without the scheduling licenses

Only the scheduler needs Microsoft Project. Contributors and Viewers work from the same Detailed view in the dashboard — no MS Project or Primavera P6 license to buy, install, or learn.

The full working schedule — every task, milestone, float value, and baseline — live in the browser.

Project Online retires September 30, 2026

Losing Project Web App? Keep the part your team actually used.

For years, Project Web App gave the wider program a window into the schedule — viewing plans and updating status without owning Microsoft Project. With Project Online retiring, that layer needs a new home. MeridianONE replicates it in the browser, so you don’t re-license the whole team just to keep everyone informed.

Schedulers keep Microsoft Project

Nothing about the authoring workflow changes. Your schedulers keep building in MS Project desktop and publish through the MeridianONE add-in.

Viewership & contribution, re-homed

The layer Project Web App provided — the wider team viewing the schedule and updating status — moves to the MeridianONE dashboard. Browser only.

Fewer licenses to carry

License Project for the people who actually schedule. Everyone else gets a Viewer or Contributor seat instead of a per-user Project subscription.

For the scheduler, going deeper

When you need the rigor, it's all there

Under the readable surface, MeridianONE runs the full battery schedulers rely on — measured against the same standards your DCMA, IPMR, and EVMS reviewers use.
