Manage your subscription
Add or remove seats, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription — online, any time, in the secure billing portal. Enter the email you used at checkout and you’ll receive a sign-in link.
The billing portal link is being connected. Meanwhile, use the “Manage seats & billing” link in any MeridianONE receipt email, or email support@meridianone.app and we’ll process your change — including cancellation — right away.
Cancel online any time before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access to the paid products through the end of the current prepaid term. No phone call, no retention hoops.
Add or remove seats in the portal — changes prorate automatically on your next invoice.
Every invoice is available in the portal, and each receipt email includes a manage-subscription link.
